Custom solutions

We are able to do this partly thanks to our in-depth knowledge of material cutting and packaging technology. Thanks to this knowledge combined with our facilities, we always arrive at the right cutting solution. Example: We received an order from a client to cut a material with a difficult coating. After testing, it turned out that the coating material had to be cut while heated, otherwise it would be damaged. In collaboration with the client, we purchased infrared lamps, with which we can heat the material to the correct temperature, resulting in a perfectly dust-free end product.

Material-specific cutting
We handle every material differently. When cutting materials unfamiliar to us, we always perform a test first. We observe how the material behaves during cutting and determine what needs to be done to achieve the desired result. This allows us to cut materials that are prone to stretching or damage easily.
