Additionally, you may temporarily have insufficient capacity or something may have gone wrong with a delivery. Cutting & repair service
We offer a sample cutting service starting from a single roll. We apply a minimum order size and/or start-up rate for this. We also repair damaged rolls so that you can continue your operations and value loss is minimized. We rewind rolls with incorrect pressure levels and/or coatings, oversized diameters, incorrect cores, or lengths; a solution is often possible. Additionally, we accept one-off cutting orders if your capacity is temporarily insufficient. Here too, all products are processed according to our procedures, with attention to hygiene, quality control, labeling, and traceability.
Sheets
We offer a sheet cutting service. This always involves high-quality and clean materials. We cut sheet by sheet, down to 1500 microns; this process is partially automated. Examples include sizes ranging from 90 x 90 mm to 1300 x 1500 mm. We can cut printed materials or materials equipped with a control block in register. Packaging onto pallets for direct robot processing or belt packing are also possible.
